Admission Process (PGDM NexGen Leader Program)

The admission process for the PGDM Program is structured to ensure a transparent, merit-based, and comprehensive evaluation of each applicant. The process comprises the following stages:

Step 1

Submission of Application

Applicants are required to complete the prescribed Application Form and submit all relevant documents within the specified timeline.

Step 2

Profile Assessment & Shortlisting

All applications are evaluated based on academic credentials, entrance examination scores, co-curricular achievements, and overall profile. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through official communication channels.

Step 3

Two-Stage Interview Evaluation

Round I – Preliminary Interview: This round focuses on assessing the candidate’s communication skills, academic knowledge, motivation, and suitability.

Round II – Final Interview: A comprehensive interview evaluating analytical ability, domain awareness, career clarity, and managerial potential.

Step 4

Declaration of Results

Following the interview rounds, final selection results will be communicated to candidates via email/SMS.

Step 5

Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates must remit the required fees within the deadline. Admission is confirmed only after fee payment and verification of original documents.

Admission Process

Shortlisted candidates would have to appear for GNIM written test followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). GNIM would not be reimbursing the cost of travel, boarding and lodging for any candidate for appearing in the admission test or personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria

  • • The candidates must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in class X / XII and Graduation.
  • • The candidate must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline recognised by UGC/AICTE/AIU.
  • • The candidate should have completed graduation or should be in the final year.
  • • The candidates should have appeared for any competitive exam CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT.
